Mesha Monique was invited to Jungle City Studios in NYC to be a part of a writing camp and documentary about women in the music industry hosted by She Is The Music, Mercedes Benz and Alicia Keys for her recent album KEYS. She collaborated with high-level artists including Alicia Keys, Alex Isley, and Van Jess.

Mesha was a songwriting mentee for the She Is The Music mentorship program. Her project include her recent release of the song Body Love in collaboration with fellow mentee, Paris Aryanna, while being mentored by Chelsea Lena. Her project was the only songwriting project selected to present to A&R, managers, and the director Universal Music Group. Motown Accelerator/ 2021
Mesha was a top 10 artist in the Motown Accelerator Program through Gener8tor for artist development. She learned the ins and outs of the industry as well as how to stay competitive in this saturated market. She learned how to develop her own sound and how to create her own lane. She is a powerhouse of hard work and dedication which has led to these accomplishments and many more to come. |
